I support people who are interested in using whole food, ketogenic nutrition to help improve metabolic health as they seek to manage or reverse symptoms of chronic illness, disease, or disorders.
Through a three month program including personalized onboarding and preparation, learning workshops, and a combination of individual as well as group coaching, I guide and support clients to successfully transition to a whole food ketogenic lifestyle.
In the final phase of the program, I introduce exercise and self-care as necessary components of metabolic health.
It's also possible to continue beyond the program on a month-to-month basis.
Throughout all phases of the program, I provide tools and support to help clients make lasting lifestyle changes in the areas of whole food ketogenic nutrition, exercise and self-care.
